Cozy Home on Lake Huron I is a two-bedroom lakefront cabin with 75 feet of private natural shoreline access on Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. Guests have a private entrance, deck, firepit, parking area, full kitchen, and comfortable indoor spaces for a relaxed waterfront stay.
The shoreline at the cabin is natural rather than a groomed sandy swimming beach. Water levels, shoreline material, and access conditions can change with seasons and weather. Any platform label such as “beach” or “beachfront” refers to the waterfront location and private shoreline access—not a maintained sandy beach. Arenac County Park’s 900-foot sandy swimming beach is less than a mile away.
Cozy Home I is well suited for sunrise and sunset views, fishing, birdwatching, fires by the water, and paddling when conditions are appropriate. Wildlife sightings are possible but never guaranteed. There is no lifeguard, and all water use is at the guest’s own risk.
The cabin is in a quiet rural neighborhood about 12 miles from Standish and 21 miles from East Tawas, with free on-site parking and self check-in.

QUIET HOURS: are between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am
PETS: Allowed with an $80 pet fee per pet, per reservation. Pets must be leashed outside and may not be left unattended in the cabin. Barking or other noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must remove pet hair, clean up after pets outdoors, and are financially responsible for pet damage. Pets must be licensed and current on vaccinations. Dogs over 50 lbs, aggressive or poorly behaved dogs, and restricted breeds including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and similar breeds are not allowed. Contact us before booking with questions or special requests.

NEIGHBORS: Be considerate of neighbors at all times including no trespassing on neighbor’s property
ILLEGAL DRUGS/ACTIVITY: Illegal drugs/activity are not allowed on the property
GUESTS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight and any damaged caused will be the financially responsibility of the guest.
